Hi, I’m Colm, I’ll be your facilitator for this workshop.

I’m a self confessed Somatics nerd! And, I know what it’s like to live with chronic pain. I know the frustrations, the struggles and the setbacks. I suffered with back and groin pain for over a decade until I discovered the power of Somatic Movements. I’m here to show you that your pain doesn’t have to be permanent.

Since 2015 I’ve been teaching people, just like you, how to use Somatic Movements to stay pain-free and moving well.

I use the Somatic Movements you will learn on this Master Class whenever my neck and shoulders get stiff, or to help me recover from hard workouts in the gym. I know first-hand how important they are to staying pain free, comfortable and mobile!
