The Complete Somatic Movement Class Library
Your YouTube videos gave you relief. Now it’s time to go deeper.
60+ structured classes. One simple method. The path from quick fixes to lasting freedom.
You’ve been watching YouTube videos for weeks (maybe months).
You get relief… for a while. Then the pain comes back.
You search for another video. Try another movement. Get temporary relief again.
You’re stuck in a cycle of chasing symptoms instead of addressing the root cause.
Here’s what’s missing:
You don’t have a system. You don’t have structure. You don’t understand WHY the movements work or WHEN to use them.
You’re piecing together a practice from fragments—when what you need is a complete, proven path.
That’s what this library gives you.
The Structure YouTube Can’t Give You
The Somatic Movement library isn’t random. It’s a logical, progressive pathway:
🎯 Start Here: Your Foundation (Classes 1-6)
By the end of Block 1, you understand the pathway.
🔄 Deepen Your Practice (Classes 7-12, 13-18, etc.)
Each subsequent block of classes takes you deeper:
After 2-3 blocks (about 6-8 weeks), you’ll know your body better than you ever have.
🎓 Master Your Practice (Classes 19+)
Once you’ve built the foundation, you can:

I have been doing a class 1-2x/week for about a month. My entire body is starting to move and relax better. I started because at 71 I was not getting my ability to walk and move without pain from conventional exercises. My daily pain is reduced by 40-50%. After being told it’s just part of aging, it is so encouraging to find substantial, non-drug relief.”
– Robyn S, USA
“I was very tight and stiff on the standing sensing part, and lots of tight places throughout the various movements. I could absolutely feel a difference doing the sensing at the end. I was pleased with a serene calmness and a much improved flexibility. Another winner, this can only get better!”
– Ryan F, Canada
“I just did class #27 Twisting & Bending, my whole trunk feels alive but particularly my upper back and shoulders, the alive feeling there began after doing the side bend variations on my right side, again that feeling of hope and excitement. Thanks so much!”
– Juliet T, UK
“I am blown away by the jaw, tongue, and hands class! Very much tension is held in these areas. Also, the eye exercises are phenomenal, and really deep stuff.”
– Alex H, USA
Class #11: Mid Back, Neck & Shoulders (Video, 45 minutes)
Addressing the most common areas that people struggle with. Tension, pain and discomfort in the back, neck and shoulders. Feel how easy it is to make yourself feel comfortable, relaxed and supple with Somatic Movements and experience the depth and quality of these classes before you commit.
Q: I’m brand new to Somatics. Can I start here?
Yes. You can start with the free Neck & Shoulders class to see if you like the style. Then begin at Class #1 and work through the first block (Classes 1-6). By the end, you’ll have a good grasp of how Somatic Movements work.
Q: I’ve been practicing Somatics for a while. Should I still start at Class #1?
If you’re familiar with the three reflexes and pandiculation technique, you can explore more freely. But even experienced practitioners find value in starting from the beginning—the depth is different from what you’ve experienced elsewhere.
Q: How is this different from your YouTube channel?
YouTube is great for quick relief and getting started. The Library is for going deeper—longer classes, systematic progression, and understanding the WHY behind the movements. YouTube gets you started. The Library gets you free.
Q: Do I need to do the classes in order?
For your first 2-3 blocks (about 18 classes), yes—order matters. Each class builds on the previous one. After that, you’ll have enough understanding to drop into any class that calls to you.
Q: How long are the classes?
Most are 45-60 minutes. Perfect for a deep practice when you have time. (YouTube videos are 10-20 minutes for quick relief when you don’t.)
Q: Can I download classes for offline use?
Not currently. You’ll need an internet connection to stream.
Q: What if I subscribe and don’t like it?
Cancel anytime. No questions asked. Or start with a single class (€15-20) to test the depth and quality first.
Q: How often are new classes added?
Every 2 weeks (2 per month). Your practice keeps evolving.
Q: Can I pause my subscription if I need a break?
You’ll need to cancel and resubscribe when you’re ready. But with monthly billing at €20, there’s no pressure to stay if life gets in the way.
Your Next Step:
Option 1: Try the free Neck & Shoulders class
Option 2: Subscribe monthly for €20 and start with Class #1
Option 3: Buy a single class to test the depth (€15-20)
