What personal data do we collect/store? In order to make an online query or a booking with Learn Somatics, you will be asked for information when you register with us. We will require, amongst other things your name and email address and phone number. We also ask for some basic health information so we can provide appropriate classes.
We use Acuity Scheduling and Stripe for our booking system and payment processing on packages, products and services. For more information on their respective privacy policies click here and here. Our company website is hosted on the WordPress platform.
How we may use your information. We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes, we may contact you via email, telephone and /or text.
Unless you ask us not to, we will tell you about services we offer and about opportunities to support us. We keep your data for the minimum period required by law or our regulators. This is usually no longer than seven years. After this time, where appropriate, we will destroy/delete your data unless the relationship is still ongoing.
