“How is this different from your YouTube videos?”
YouTube videos are one-size-fits-all. I can’t see YOUR body, YOUR patterns, or correct YOUR technique. In a 1-1 session, I work specifically with YOU – seeing what you need, correcting your pandiculations in real-time, and creating a custom plan for your issues. Think of YouTube as a textbook and 1-1 Somatic Movement sessions as having a private tutor.
“I’m skeptical. Will this actually work for me?”
I understand. You’ve probably tried many things that didn’t work. The difference with Somatics is that YOU learn to control your own comfort – it’s not something done TO you, it’s done BY you. And in a 1-1 session, I make sure you’re doing it correctly so it actually works. Most people feel immediate improvements during our session together. But ultimately, results come from your consistent practice after we work together.
“Is €95 worth it when your YouTube videos are free?”
Fair question. Here’s what I see constantly: people practice on their own for months getting partial results, then book one session and realize they weren’t pandiculating correctly. That one correction changes everything. How much is it worth to you to stop wasting time doing it wrong? To finally get the relief you’ve been seeking? Most people tell me it’s the best investment they’ve made in their health.
“What if I’m camera shy or uncomfortable on video?”
You don’t need to be “on camera” beyond me seeing your movement. There’s no performance, no judgment. Most people are nervous before their first session, then realise within 5 minutes how comfortable and natural it feels. I’m here to help, not evaluate.
“Do I need any special equipment?”
Just a comfortable space on the floor (yoga mat optional) and a laptop or tablet so I can see you clearly during movements. That’s it.
“What happens after our session? Am I done?”
You’ll have your recording and a practice plan. If you practice the movements I teach you (3-5 times per week), you’ll continue improving on your own. Some people book follow-up sessions to work on new issues or refine their technique. Some join my On Demand Class Library (€20/month or €190/year) to deepen their practice with full-length classes. But my goal is for you to become independent – FREE to manage your own comfort.
“How do I know if I need 1 session or 3?”
If you’re new to Somatics or have one specific issue, start with a single session. If you have chronic pain from multiple areas, complex patterns, or want comprehensive guidance, the 3-session package gives you time to address everything properly. You can always add more sessions later if needed.
“What if I can’t find a time that works?”
